The inspiration for the inside is from Warhols Paint Streaked Art work:
So the DVD packaging I'm working on is based off the Warhol work featured below. This is a different side of Warhol i think a real Warhol fan would appreciate seeing rather than the over used screen prints.
I will be going over my illustrator lines on the DVD package with an ink pen and scanning it in. Needed to get the layout done first and original art work before working with permeanant medium.

Comparing the examples you gave of Warhol's work you're using as inspiration to your own piece, I think yours could use more texture. The great thing about the drip paintings is that he shows movement in the obvious brush strokes and they seem tactile. Maybe that's all in the paper choices you make.
